Gavin Newsom wins recall battle! I believe the recall effort was a publicity stunt. His opponents never realistically hoped to oust him from office. It was a chance for his political enemies to stir up their base. If you live in California, did you vote to recall or retain the governor? What is the feeling in your county or state?
