I am a Mediacom customer and I still had problems with internet outages Thursday afternoon, July 7. Remember the “old days” when people communicated in person, via letter, or on a phone with a handset? Look at how technology has taken over our lives. Can you imagine working or communicating WITHOUT internet access today? Conveniences have become necessities! And as computer technology advances, it’s only going to get worse — or better, depending on your point of view.
